Summary:
The main character Robert Langdon has a friend who is a curator for a very strange secret society (religious). This whole group was murdered because of a possesion that the murder wanted. It was called the keystone, which is a cryptex that will lead the code breaker to the Holy Grail (Mary Magdalenes' tomb) or the most sacred object in religious history. The curator (Langdons friend) was said to have had the cryptex. His granddaughter was given clues to share with Langdon to help crack the code of the cryptex. They encounter many obstacles, but along the way they figure out the code and are able to find the Holy Grail.
Review:
I thought this book was extremely well written. The author uses great detail to explain the important events throughouthe story. I would recommend this book to future cryptologists and people who like mystery. On a scale from 1-5, 5 being the best, I would give it a 5.
Quote:
" The Holy Grail 'neath ancient Roslin waits.
The blade and chalice guarding o'er Her gates.
Adorned in masters' loving art, she lies.
She rests at least beneath the starry skies."
This quote is pretty much the whole story in a nutshell. The last line is the most important because it explains that after the characters have found the Holy Grail, they realize they should have never went to disrupt her and left her to rest.

Kyle Grumoli - I saw this movie and it was very good and confusing. I like the idea of hunting for the holy grail because it makes it an adventure type book. Although the book is very big, i would try and read it because it appears to be just as good as the movie. I also really like the quote because it has a great meaning in the story. - Kyle Grumoli
