The story consists of a lot of flashbacks of the girls’ childhood together explaining why these girls broke apart and a hidden romance. Review:
The whole novel was perfectly constructed in a wonderful way to make the story come to life. It pulls you in as soon as you life the cover and begin reading. Unbreakable is a novel for mainly young woman to read since the story was meant to connect with any female.
Quote:
“Nina’s heart soared. 'So do I.' Then she said the first thing that popped into her mind. 'Hey, Jacie, isn’t it about time we kissed again?'
Jacie grinned. 'I thought you’d never ask.'”
This quote was just one of those cute little lines that kept being repeated in the book where Jacie says it's time to kiss Nina again. The novel ends with the quote I chose and it felt like to me the best ending lines for it.

Brielle Premont- This books sounds really good. It's also like highschool and what were all expierencing now, so im sure alot of girls can relate. that sound intresting how they all meet up and reunite after years though.
ReplyDeleteZach Garbacik- Seeing that I'm a male this book doesn't sound to inticing to me. But I bet you enjoyed this book. I also was confused on the quote because two girls had kissed before and they wanted to kiss again when they were 40?
ReplyDeleteI read this book too and I really loved it.This book is for anyone who likes to read stories about reunions and family. The flashbacks and the end of the novel were my favorite part. This quote is one of the cutest quotes from this book but was kissing a symbol for anything?

i thought that this would be something i would be interested in until i read, that there are flashbacks from their childhood. and for someone reason books with flashbacks are just not something i can focus on. for example i tried very hard to read my sister's keeper bu ti just could not focus my mind when each chapter was being told by a different character. ~Nicholina wilkins
