Review:
I wanted to read this book because I have always wanted to see the broadway musical and I really enjoyed the book. I like how this book explains how Elphaba became wicked and her experiences growing up. The author does a good job of describing the scenes without over describing them which really allowed me to enjoy the book.
Quote:
From the crumpled bed the wife said, " I think today's the day. Look how low I've gone." I picked this quote because she is talking about how she is ready to give birth to Elphaba. This quote symbolizes the beginning the book and all the problems that are going to arise.
