Billy, knowing he's being framed, tries to stay under the police radar as he launches an investigation of his own to reveal the killer's identity.

Review:
I thought that this book was excellent. The book was very interesting in plot and structure. It was very cleverly written with twist after twist. It can be ironic at times and remain serious. The characters are also very interesting and seem real. Overall, I would suggest reading this book.

Quote:
"He walked unhurriedly, as if he were a lifelong insomniac who regularly went strolling in these dead hours." I chose this quote because it seemed descriptive and I liked the simile used. The author takes advantage of words. Instead of using "walking", he uses "strolling". Attention to detail like that is what makes a more interesting story and can keep the reader reading.
